These terms apply to your use of the Digipay website and platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, so please read them carefully.
01 Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your company. Keep your login details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
02 Using Digipay
You agree to use Digipay only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- use the service for fraud, money laundering or any activity our partner banks do not allow;
- try to break, reverse-engineer or overload the platform;
- share access with people outside your company without adding them as team members.
03 Fees and payments
Plan prices and transaction fees are listed on our Pricing page. Fees are charged to your Digipay balance or card on file. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before any price change takes effect.
04 Third-party services
Integrations with other tools are provided by their own vendors under their own terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
05 Liability
We work hard to keep Digipay available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
06 Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
07 Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time and will let you know about important changes by email. Questions? Write to legal@digipay.com.
