our fees
Are there any setup or monthly fees?
No. Opening an account is free and there is no monthly minimum. You only pay the per-transaction fee for the payment source your customer uses.
When does the Enterprise plan make sense?
Once you process more than $250,000 a month or need custom contracts, invoicing and a dedicated account manager. Talk to our sales team and we will prepare a quote.
How are the fees charged?
Fees are deducted from each payment before it reaches your balance, and every deduction is listed in your monthly statement and in the CSV export.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move between plans at any time; the new rates apply to payments made from the next calendar day.
Do you charge for refunds or chargebacks?
Refunds are free. For a chargeback the card network’s dispute fee is passed on at cost, and we refund it if the dispute is decided in your favour.
