This policy explains what personal data Digipay (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit our website or use our platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
01 Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service and keep your account safe:
- Account details you give us, such as your name, work email, company name and password.
- Business and payment information needed to open accounts, issue cards and send transfers.
- Usage data, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location from your IP address.
- Messages you send us through forms, email or chat.
02 How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve Digipay, verify your identity, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations and send you service messages. With your consent we may also send product news, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
03 Sharing
We never sell personal data. We share it only with partner banks and card networks that process your payments, with service providers who work for us under strict contracts, and with authorities when the law requires it.
04 Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can change your cookie choices in your browser at any time.
05 Data retention and security
We keep personal data for as long as your account is open and afterwards only as long as financial regulations require. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to people who need it for their work.
06 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
